"The results have started to come with the performances now and if we continue to perform in the same manner then we can get a positive result against West Brom.
"They are a strong team and they have been doing well this season and recently so have we so it has all the makings of a great game."
Di Santo will be reunited with former team-mate Claudio Yacob as the two sides meet on Saturday. The Wigan star and Yacob both featured in the Argentina Under-20 squad back in 2007, and the striker has complimented the Baggies midfielder and how quickly he has adapted to life in the Premier League.
"I've played with Claudio in the Under-20s for Argentina and he is a great player," Di Santo added.
"He's physically strong and he has some great quality in his passing play.
"He has come straight from Argentina to the Barclays Premier League which is a very hard thing to do and he has already settled so easily."

Di Santo's own impressive form has been recognised by national manager Alejandro Sabella, who has called him into the squad alongside the likes of Lionel Messi and Sergio Aguero.
But the 23 year-old has said it is not a distraction, and he is firmly focused on performing for the Latics.
"I'm going away with the Argentina team next week," said Di Santo.
"But now the only thing that is on my mind is playing for Wigan Athletic and doing the best for the club because that is the most important thing right now."
