The Dutchman had to be stretchered off the field against Manchester City on Saturday after injuring himself in the unsuccessful act of diving to save the 25-yard Carlos Tevez strike which won the game.

Gerhard Tremmel, the 33-year-old German who replaced Vorm at the Etihad, is expected to deputise.
Kate Rees, the club's head physio, said: “Michel has a partial rupture of his adductor muscle. He are looking at six to eight weeks out.’’
The injury means Vorm could miss games against Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham and Manchester United.
Vorm becomes Swansea's second significant absentee this season, after full-back Neil Taylor was ruled out for the rest of the season having sustained multiple ankle fractures against Sunderland.
