Fulham manager Martin Jol has hinted that he could move for out-of-favour Aston Villa striker Darren Bent.
The England international's future at Villa Park is uncertain after he was stripped of the captaincy and dropped to the bench by boss Paul Lambert.
He was again forced to settle for a place on the bench during Villa's 1-1 draw at home to Norwich City on Saturday, with summer signing Christian Benteke preferred.
And Jol, who signed Bent for £16.5 million in 2007 during his time at Tottenham, has suggested the forward might be on his wish list.
"If your club wants to be top 10, you need strikers such as Darren Bent, who'll score 15-20 goals a season," he told reporters.
