QPR winger Angelo Balanta has joined MK Dons on a one-month loan deal.

The 22-year-old has struggled for action since the club were promoted to the Premier League, with his last appearance for QPR coming back in April 2010 when they lost to Leicester in the Championship.

Balanta is available for Tuesday’s League One clash at Crawley but won’t be allowed to play in the FA Cup first-round tie against Cambridge City on the November 2 due to missing the registration window.

The Columbian is currently scheduled to return to Loftus Road on the November 21.
