Kennedy, who has made 14 senior appearances for the SPL side, will now move to Goodison Park for a fee believed to be in the region of £200,000 after agreeing personal terms with the club.
The young attacking player has played three times this seasaon for Kilmarnock, helping the club secure a win and two draws from their opening SPL encounters.
