Andre Villas-Boas' men have only taken a point from their first two Premier League games but the Welsh winger believes that they have been unlucky and will pick up quickly
Andre Villas-Boas' men have started the Premier League season with an opening-day defeat by Newcastle and a 1-1 draw with West Brom on Saturday but the Welshman feels that they have been unlucky so far.
"We just need the luck to turn a little," he asserted to the club's official website. "We're playing some great stuff and not getting the rub of the green.
"We put a lot of crosses in that flew across the face of goal [against West Brom] and it just needs a foot on one, the ball goes in and that makes the game more comfortable.

"It was frustrating and everyone was disappointed, but we pick ourselves up.
"We'll take the positives out of the games, not let our heads drop, keep doing what we're doing and I'm sure the goals will start coming.
"It just needs to click for us and I’m sure it will sooner rather than later."
Spurs’ next opportunity to kick-start their campaign comes at home against Norwich City on September 1.
