The former England international has joined the Hoops for some pre-season conditioning but manager Mark Hughes has played down any suggestion of a move for the player
Owen Hargreaves is training with the QPR first team at their Harlington base following his release from Manchester City, manager Mark Hughes has confirmed.
The former City, Manchester United and Bayern Munich man joined the Hoops for their first training session following their pre-season tour of Asia.
However, manager Mark Hughes was keen to stress there was no agreement for Hargreaves to join the club - and that he is just there to work on his fitness.

"Owen is training with the group. There is no obligation for either party," he told QPR's official website.
"He is keen to retain his fitness and we are more than happy to help him by allowing him to train with us and use our facility at Harlington."
The former England international has had a career plagued by injury and has made only 43 appearances in top-flight football since 2007 with only nine of those coming in the last four years.
