Chelsea have made a new bid for Wigan forward Victor Moses that could be worth up to £9 million, according to reports.
The Champions League winners have been linked with a move for the 21-year-old for some time and have reportedly already had three offers rejected by Wigan.

It is thought that Wigan are looking for around £10m for Moses and Chelsea’s latest bid, which consists of £6m plus a further £3m in performance-related add-ons may be enough for chairman Dave Whelan to accept.
Despite already acquiring a number of attacking players such as Eden Hazard, Marko Marin and Oscar, Moses is thought to appeal to the Stamford Bridge outfit as he would qualify as a home-grown player for the Champions League.
