The 19-year old, whose brother Eden has recently signed for the Blues, has signed at Stamford Bridge
The 19-year-old joins his older brother Eden at Stamford Bridge after completing his move from the Ligue 2 outfit, and plays in a similar position to his sibling, an attack minded midfielder. Eden completed a move earlier in the summer for around £32 million.

However, he is a Belgian youth international after representing his nation at Under-16, Under-17, Under-18 and Under-19 level, and played at the 2011 European Under-19 Championship.
A loan move is a possibility for the young winger in order to get some first-team football, which would be unlikely given Chelsea's strength in depth.
For the time being, however, he will slot into the Chelsea Under-21 squad as they continue their pre-season training, while the senior squad is on tour in America.
