Luigi revealed on Friday that the Blues had enquired about Oscar's availability and stated that the two clubs remained far off in terms of a deal for the 20-year-old, with the Premier League club understood to have offered €25 million (£19.6m).
The Internacional chief has now given a strong indication that Chelsea's offer was rejected as the Brazil international will not be sold on the cheap.
