The 21-year-old was snapped up by Chelsea last year after a spectacular performance in the Under-20 World Cup which saw Mexico finish in third place.
After arriving at Stamford Bridge, Davila was sent out on loan to Dutch side Vitesse, although he only made three appearances in total for the first-team.
Work permit issues have forced Davila for a second loan spell as he has not been fully capped by Mexico.
At Sabadell, Davila will be coached by former Barcelona and Atletico Madrid defender Lluis Carreras.
