The 25-year old is set for a season-long stint in Greece after failing to establish himself in the first team at White Hart Lane
After arriving at White Hart Lane in January 2011, the South African is yet to make for appearance Spurs.
He spent part of 2011-12 at Reading but his loan was terminated after only playing four matches.
However, Khumalo's agent, Glyn Binkin, is confident that a deal can be struck with the Greek side.
"The clubs have agreed terms and the player and myself will be travelling to Greece this week with a view to agreeing and finalising the player's personal terms for the loan deal," Binkin told KickOff.com.
Khumalo joined the North London side from Supersport United for a fee of around £1.5 million after impressing while on trial.
But two unsuccessful loan spells at Preston and Reading means the Bafana Bafana defender is now looking to reignite his career.
