thumbnail Hello,

Paul Lambert's side start the campaign with an away trip to the capital to face newly-promoted West Ham before facing Everton at Villa Park

New manager Paul Lambert will start his Aston Villa reign with an away trip to face Championship play-off winners West Ham at Upton Park on August 18.

Villa will then follow that up on August 25 with their first home game against Everton.

Lambert's side won't have long to wait before taking on local rivals West Brom as the team's first meeting of the season will be at Villa Park on September 29 with the return fixture set to take place at the Hawthorns on January 19.

The end of October will see new manager Paul Lambert take on his old club for the first time, with Norwich City visiting Villa Park on October 27 with his first trip back to Carrow Road taking place on May 4.

Villa will wrap up the season in May with a home fixture against Chelsea on May 12 before a trip to Wigan on May 19.
