thumbnail Hello,

The Royals, who finished last season as champions, kick off their campaign with a home game against Stoke at the Madejski Stadium and finish with a trip to Upton Park

Brian McDermott's newly-promoted Reading side begin their top-flight campaign with a home fixture against Stoke and they face Martin O'Neill's Sunderland at the Stadium of Light the week after with their first away trip.

They look as if they're going to face a difficult run of fixtures around the Christmas period, though, with games against Manchester United, Arsenal and Manchester City all in the space of a few weeks.

Their run-in includes away trips to Norwich and Fulham as well as a meeting with West Ham at Upton Park on the final day.
