The Villans have unveiled their strip for the upcoming Premier League campaign, which they will enter under the new management of former Norwich City boss Paul Lambert

Aston Villa have unveiled their new home and away kits for the upcoming 2012-13 Premier League season.

The Midlands club recently replaced manager Alex McLeish with former Norwich City boss Paul Lambert, and will also be changing their first team strip as they look to build on their 16th place finish in the top flight.

The new kit has been manufactured by Italian company Macron, who have taken over this season from Nike, and is available for fans to buy now, and can also see bonus footage on www.avfc.co.uk/behindthescenes.

The home shirt has, as ever, stayed true to the club's traditional colours of claret and blue, along with white shorts and hooped claret and blue socks.

Away from home, meanwhile, Villa will sport a fluorescent yellow shirt with navy blue shorts, having generally preferred a white shirt away from Villa Park in recent seasons.

Fans can find out more about both new kits by visiting www.avfc.co.uk/behindthescenes, which includes behind the scenes footage of the kit development process and unveiling. BT Group
