The Turkish U21 international midfielder has attracted the interest of the Super Lig club, having only made two first-team appearances for the Gunners in four yearsBesiktas have officially opened up talks with Arsenal youngster Oguzhan Ozyakup.
The Turkish Under-21 midfielder, who has only made two first-team appearances for the Gunners since arriving from AZ Alkmaar in 2008, looks set to return to his native land in a bid to kickstart his footballing career.
According to DHA communications, an agreement of €700,000 (£566,000) has already been settled between the two clubs, with a 25% sell-on fee clause included in the deal.
Ozyakup, who was originally born in the Netherlands, was a key member of Steve Bould’s Under-18s side that won the Premier Academy League title in 2009 and captained the Dutch side to the final of the 2009 Under-17 European Championships before switching international allegiances.
However, after only featuring twice in the Carling Cup for the north London club, he seemingly hasn't done enough to convince Arsene Wenger that he can challenge for a first-team place.
