Poll of the Day: Will Fernando Torres be at Chelsea next season?

The Spaniard revealed his unhappiness with life at Stamford Bridge following Saturday's Champions League final victory over Bayern Munich and could be on the move this summer

Chelsea striker Fernando Torres revealed his dissatisfaction with life at Stamford Bridge on Saturday evening, despite his side having just secured victory in the Champions League final.

The Spaniard was benched for the encounter with Bayern Munich before coming on as a late substitute for Salomon Kalou prior to extra-time.

Following the match, the 28-year-old told reporters: "It was a huge disappointment when I saw the line-up, perhaps the biggest in my life."

Torres also went on to hint at broken promises regarding his role with the west London outfit, sparking speculation that he could make a move away just 18 months on from his £50 million arrival.

The former Liverpool marksman has endured a tough time since his move from Merseyside, scoring just 12 goals in 64 appearances despite having been a prolific threat during his time with the Reds.

As on Saturday, Torres has often found himself behind Didier Drogba in the striking pecking order - though the Ivorian's contract with the Blues is set to expire this summer.

So, could Torres be on his way in the summer? Or will he become Chelsea's main man should Drogba choose not extend his stay? Could the Blues even look to bring in another striker who will relegate Torres to the bench yet again?
