Less than one year after the Blues' summer Asian tour, the FA Cup winners have become the first team in the Premier League to offer an Indonesian language website

Chelsea have announced the expansion of their promotional efforts in Asia with the launch of official websites in Indonesian and Korean, with the Indonesian portal the first ever for a Premier League side.

The new sites are the third and fourth Asian-language outlets created by the 2009-10 Premier League champions, following sites in Thai and Chinese. The club also publishes information in Russian, a nod to owner Roman Abramovich.

"This is further evidence of Chelsea's dedication to our supporters in Asia," said chief executive Ron Gourlay in a statement released by the team.

"We have more than 15 million supporters in South Korea and Indonesia, and we are delighted to be able to offer them this service."

Chelsea last traveled to Asia in 2011 when they visited Malaysia, Thailand, and Hong Kong to play a combination of club teams and XI selections.

In addition to the website, the club also posts to its official Facebook page in several Asian languages.  Just two weeks after launch, an official account on China's Twitter-like Weibo service gathered over 180,000 followers in less than two weeks.
