Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez, now back in favour with the club - could be rewarded with a bonus of £150,000 if he plays a key part in bringing the Premier League trophy to the Etihad Stadium, according to The Sun on Sunday.

All City's players have clauses in their contracts entitling them to a financial bonus, the size of which is determined by where the club finish in the league table. The higher they finish the more they will receive, and obviously if they finish top they will receive the maximum bonus.

6/1 Carlos Tevez is 6/1 with Paddy Power to score the first goal in the Manchester derby on Monday.

Tevez may have gone AWOL for just over six months, but his contract is still valid, meaning he could therefore be set to land the huge bonus despite only playing a handful of games this season.

However, while the potential £150,000 may seem a lot, the Argentine has already lost an estimated £9 million this season in loyalty bonuses and fines imposed for his behaviour.
