The Ivory Coast international reveals that the Gunners are happy with their current position in the league and will fight until the end of the season to maintain it
The 24-year-old knows that with four games left to play, and a five point lead over Spurs, their fate is in their own hands and Gervinho says the club is determined to sustain their place in Europe’s elite competition.

“We want to be among the top three,” he told Arsenal Player.
“The whole group is very motivated and we are already happy to be where we are.
“We can still do better with the four matches coming. We are fighting only for third place, we don’t think about fourth spot."
Next up for the Gunners is a visit from Chelsea, who are seven points behind Arsene Wenger's men, but full of confidence after beating Barcelona in midweek.
Gervinho, however, is adamant his club can fight off the threat from their rivals and finish the season strongly.
“Everybody is determined to fight until the end, from the players and the manager to the fans, to maintain third place," he added.
"If we manage to keep it then everybody should be proud because we fought very hard for it.”
