The former Zenit St Petersburg man, who arrived in London on a six-month loan from Stuttgart in January, is a free agent in the summer.
However, the forward, who has netted five goals so far for the Cottagers, recently held a housewarming party at the property.
He has also revealed that he is enjoying life in London and hinted that a permanent deal to stay with Martin Jol's side could be on the cards.
"I like my life in London very much," he told Russian website Tden.
"Branislav Ivanovic, Ramires and Frank Lampard from Chelsea live in my neighbourhood as well as the players of Fulham.
"Jose Mourinho lived in my house before."
