The report claims that the 31-year-old has attracted interest from clubs including Blackburn, Stoke and Aston Villa, despite having only moved to Al-Gharafa in January.
The striker, who has also played in a wide attacking role, made his name at Anderlecht, where he was named Belgium’s best player of 2003, before signing for French club Lens.
He played in the 2006 and 2010 World Cups for Ivory Coast, and previously enjoyed a successful loan spell in the Premier League in 2009-10 with Portsmouth.
He scored eight goals for Pompey but was unable to complete a £4 million move due to the club’s financial problems following relegation.
Dindane welcomed the reported interest, telling Sky Sports: "I am happy to be linked to the Premier League. I loved the Premier League and want to play there again during my career."
“The English league is the best league in the world. To hear that clubs there are interested is very exciting for me and I am dreaming of coming back there."
