Manchester City defender Joleon Lescott has revealed that he will be available for the club's Premier League game against Arsenal on Sunday.
The 28-year-old has missed the past five games for the title contenders after picking up a thigh injury in the Europa League tie at Sporting Lisbon almost a month ago, but said he is back in contention for the weekend's game.
"I'm defo (sic) fit now been back training for 4/5 days now, so I will be available for selection on the weekend," he said via his personal Twitter account.
Roberto Mancini's side have suffered some poor form in recent matches, with draws against Stoke and Sunderland as well as defeat at Swansea meaning seven dropped points in their past six league games.
They are now five points behind leaders Manchester United with only seven games remaining, and the deficit could be eight before they kick off against Arsenal on Sunday, with Sir Alex Ferguson's side in action earlier that afternoon.
