The Gunners will review crowd footage after Spurs boss Harry Redknapp reacted angrily to a fan behind the dugout and referee Mike Dean allegedly to had a coin thrown at him
Stewards at the Emirates were equipped with head cameras and both clubs had issued a statement ahead of the match assuring a zero tolerance approach to bad behaviour from the crowd.
The club now intend to review all footage and take action against their own supporters where appropriate.
Harry Redknapp received sarcastic chants of “Harry for England” and those related to his recent trial for tax evasion throughout the afternoon, but there were reports of more serious incidents at the Emirates.
There was an angry exchange between an Arsenal supporter and the Spurs manager, who asked for the fan to be ejected by stewards.
Spurs assistant manager Joe Jordan also reacted angrily to a remark from a fan behind the dugout.
Redknapp later commented: “It was only one idiot - they were fine. It was nothing really.”
However, Arsenal are also waiting for the report of referee Mike Dean after he gestured towards his head following his award of a first-half penalty to Tottenham. It was suggested that an object may have been thrown at him from the stands.
The club are also aware of a photo of a fan gesturing towards the pitch as if firing a gun.
