POLL

Eden Hazard has been the name on everyone’s lips these past couple of transfer windows but this summer he looks set to finally leave Lille.

The 21-year-old is reportedly a major target for Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham, but it is still up in the air as to which club will win his signature.

Hazard opted to remain with the reigning Ligue 1 champions in France this season but it’s widely expected that a Premier League club will sign him come summer.

The Belgium international won the Ligue 1 Player of the Year last campaign – the youngest player to ever win the award.
