Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has held a special team meeting in an attempt to boost his side's morale, according to The Sun.
The Gunners have lost three consecutive Premier League matches, with the late defeat against Manchester United on Sunday following losses against Fulham and Swansea City.
Wenger has since looked to reassure his players at the reported meeting at their London Colney training ground.
The Frenchman was on the receiving end of abuse at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday following his decision to substitute Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain with Andrey Arshavin, but the 62-year-old is said to have urged his players to ignore criticism from fans and the media.
Arsenal will face Aston Villa at home in the fourth round of the FA Cup this weekend, after Thierry Henry's dramatic winner on his comeback to English football secured their progression past Leeds United.
