The 31-year-old's contract with the Stamford Bridge side is set to expire in the summer of 2012, with reports suggesting the Frenchman may be set to move to Russia.
However, Malouda has revealed he has not had talks with Anzhi over a possible move.
"I couldn't even manage to pronounce the name of this team," he said according to Canal+.
"I don't know from where these rumours come, when they don't have any base in reality.
"Me, I am someone who prefers transparency. I don't have anything to hide, so I'm telling you the truth."
Chelsea are in the midst of something of a squad overhaul, with Nicolas Anelka set to join Shanghai Shenhua in January.
Blues boss Andre Villas-Boas has indicated Brazilian defender Alex could also leave the club during the winter transfer window.
