Paris Saint-Germain will not hijack AC Milan’s bid for Carlos Tevez but are close to a deal for David Beckham – sporting director Leonardo
The former Rossoneri coach insists that he has not yet contacted the Argentine, but he has admitted holding talks with LA Galaxy midfielder over the weekend

The Rossoneri want to take the Argentine on loan in January with an option to buy at the end of the season but the forward’s current employers, Manchester City, are only willing to discuss a permanent transfer.
It has been claimed that PSG are now ready to pounce but while Leonardo admits that the French club are waiting in the wings, he insists that they will not try to steal Tevez away from the clutches of Milan CEO Adriano Galliani.
"I will not try to disrupt Milan," the 42-year-old told La Repubblica. "I have not contacted the player. We are watching [the situation], without disturbing [it].
"Galliani is a mentor for me but if he changes his mind [over the deal], then we will be there."
Leonardo also revealed that PSG are keen on signing LA Galaxy midfielder David Beckham, who arrived in the French capital over the weekend to meet with club officials.
"There is interest but it's up to him to decide and especially his family," the Brazilian explained.
"I spoke to him, he said he is training and able to play [right away].
"He's a global star. He is not lacking in titles, having also won in America. Above all, he has great professionalism."
Beckham helped the Galaxy claim the MLS Cup last month but his contract expires at the end of December and could return to Europe after five seasons in the United States.
