The goalkeeper's five-year-old son lost his battle with cancer on Friday and his team-mates offered their support after the Premier League win at Stamford Bridge
The Reds took all three points on Sunday thanks to Glen Johnson's late winner, and the right-back dedicated his win to Jones and the Australian goalkeeper's family.
"I want to dedicate my goal and the win to Brad and all his family! My love is with all of you!!!" he tweeted.
Midfielder Lucas Leiva added: "What a great win today. This victory was for @Brad_Jones1 and Luca. RIP LUCA"
In his post-match TV interview after the win at Stamford Bridge, Reds midfielder Charlie Adam repeated the condolences and added that the whole squad was behind Jones.
“I’d like to dedicate [the win] to Brad Jones whose had a difficult week losing his son, so this is for you big man. We are thinking of you," he said.
A statement on Liverpool's website read: "The thoughts of everybody at LFC are with Brad, his partner Dani, and their family and friends at this very sad time."
Jones responded by tweeting: "Thank you all so much for your messages. YNWA."
