Tottenham & Leyton Orient granted judicial review by High Court over proposed West Ham Olympic Stadium move

The ongoing saga between Spurs and the OPLC took a twist on Wednesday as High Court judge believes Harry Redknapp's men have an 'arguable' case
The future of the Olympic Stadium remains uncertain after Tottenham and Leyton Orient won the latest legal battle after the High Court made a decision to grant a Judicial review.

Earlier on this year the Olympic Park Legacy Company revealed that West Ham’s bid was the preferred bid but today a High Court Judge advocated Spurs and Leyton Orient’s move to challenge the awarding of the stadium to the Hammers.

Spurs’ application to Mr justice Collins for permission to begin the process of a legal challenge was successful.

At this point the judge was only to examine whether Daniel Levy’s club had an ‘arguable’ case meaning a further hearing will now be held involving all interested parties.
