The France international was a vital member of the Latics team who survived the drop this season, but admits feeling indifferent regarding his future at the club.
The 24-year-old has been the subject of much speculation, with the likes of Liverpool and Sunderland believed to be interested in him.
The Latics avoided relegation in the season just gone and N’Zogbia was key to their success.
Manager Roberto Martinez has confirmed that he is not under pressure to sell the French international, but if he does, it would be to a top-four team.
N’Zogbia told ClickLancashire: "Even if I do have the desire to play at a bigger club, I can't say whether I'll leave or stay.
"For now, I don't care, especially since I'm good at Wigan.
"The decision to sell me, and at what price, lies with my manager and the chairman.
"The only certainty is that I will be in England next season. I have this league in my blood.
"Inevitably, these rumours leave me feeling indifferent until there is a concrete approach."
