Forward hits back at critics and is confident he can make the difference against Stoke in FA Cup final at Wembley having already made impact in the competitionManchester City forward Edin Dzeko is adamant that he doesn't deserve the criticism that has seen him dubbed “a £25 million flop” since joining the club in January.
The 25-year-old has played a pivotal role in City’s campaign in the FA Cup but has scored only once in the Premier League, the winner against Blackburn at Ewood Park last Monday.
Dzeko is adamant he is worthy of featuring in the starting XI to face Stoke City at Wembley for the FA Cup final since he has made an impact in the competition.
He told News of the World: "Let them criticise me. This is the way to silence them - to score after only three minutes into the match.
"And to score one of the most important goals for our team.
"The most important thing right now is to secure Champions League spot.
"I believe in myself and I know I will succeed in England.
"City have been waiting for silverware for 34 years, and we are dreaming of taking it at Wembley.
"This is a huge chance for all of us."
