The Brazil-born hitman has fallen out of favour at the Turin-based club, and has not scored a single goal in Serie A this season.
The 30-year-old's agent, Ernesto Bronzetti, maintained that it is beneath his client to make a move to clubs like the ones in question.
"The truth is that we have said no to two English clubs – West Bromwich and Fulham," he told Sky Italia.
"These two clubs are not at his level.
"Why would Amauri and his family go to England for teams like these, in a country where they do not even know the language?"
The former Palermo man's representative also confirmed that two other clubs are interested in a move for Amauri.
He said: "Then there was Real Zaragoza, which I have recommended to the player to refuse because it is a club with many problems.
"Lazio was also interesting while with Fiorentina there was nothing."
