Everton manager David Moyes is looking to end his attacking woes in January by adding Manchester City misfits Emmanuel Adebayor and Roque Santa-Cruz to his attacking line-up, according to TalkSport.

With limited funds, Moyes has been alterted to City’s willingness to off-load the duo, and is hoping to attract the pair to Goodison Park on a loan deal.

With Ayegbeni Yakubu, Louis Saha and Jermaine Beckford only sharing three Premier League goals between them so far this season, Moyes has played midfield star Tim Cahill in a more attacking role for Everton this season, and the Australian remains their leading goal scorer with eight goals and two assists to his name to date.

Moyes is also expecting an answer from LA Galaxy star Landon Donovan within the next week, the American deciding whether or not he will return to Goodison for a second three-month loan spell following his successful stint with the Toffees at the beginning of this year.
