Pavel Pogrebnyak's agent has revealed rumours concerning the Stuttgart striker moving to the Premier League may have some foundation.
The former Zenit St. Petersburg striker is preparing for a possible switch in the new year after becoming disillusioned with life at his current club.
Pogrebnyak's agent has reiterated his client is unhappy at a lack of playing time and hints a move to England is a possibility in January.
"In the last game Pavel started, but in the match against Hoffenhiem he only played half an hour," Oleg Artemov, the man who oversaw Roman Pavlyuvhenko's move to Tottenham, told Sovsport.ru.
"There is interest from four clubs in England but painstaking work is ahead. We need to discuss everything, to weigh the pros and cons, then we can talk specifics.
"Soon, in the new year, the transfer window will open and we will have some clarity. I have always had a desire for 'Pasha' to play in England.
"In principle it suits him, in England he will be able to show his quality."
