Yorkshire club refute speculation
Championship club Leeds United have moved to deny links in the national press linking midfielder Elliot Kebbie with a move to Manchester United.
The Leeds star was rumoured to be a transfer target for Sir Alex Ferguson, but Leeds have rejected the claims and insisted the youngster will firmly be staying at Elland Road.
Leeds have also hit out at the reports and stated that they are not looking to receive any offers for the highly rated 16-year-old.
"Leeds can confirm that no bid has been received from Manchester United for Elliott Kebbie, despite reports in the national media, and nor would one be welcomed," a statement on the club's official website read.
Kebbie is yet to make an appearance for Leeds but is regarded as a hot prospect by many at the club and this latest statement appears to signal their intent to keep hold of the youngster.
