Roma are keen to land unsettled Manchester City goalkeeper Shay Given, according to Tuttomercatoweb.
Given, 34, has fallen out of favour at Eastlands since Joe Hart returned from his loan spell at Birmingham City.
After finding himself on the bench for City's opening two Premier League games, it is thought that the Republic of Ireland international has now told manager Roberto Mancini that he wants to leave the club.
Roma are in the market for a new shot-stopper as they look to sell Alexander Doni to Benfica, and are understood to have tried to tempt City into a cut price sale for around £2-3 million.
