It is believed that Madrid manager Jose Mourinho is lining up a £20 million offer for the Togolese international targetman, according to The Sunday Mirror.
Mourinho is looking to shape his squad after taking over the reigns at the La Liga giants this summer, and has identified the 26-year-old as the man to spearhead the line at the Santiago Bernabeu, having missed out on luring Didier Drogba away from Chelsea.
