Premier League Team News: Cesc Fabregas and Robin van Persie start on bench for Arsenal against Blackpool
As promised Wenger refuses to rush back World Cup stars...

The Gunners boss omitted Fabregas from the squad for his side's opener at Anfield last week and is still refusing to rush back his World Cup stars after their summer in South Africa.
Other notable additions include midfielder Tomas Rosicky replacing the injured Samir Nasri and Alex Song coming in for the suspended Laurent Koscielny after his sending off at Anfield on Sunday.
Jack Wilshire continues in midfield for the Gunners, while double goalscoring hero Marlon Harewood starts up front again for Ian Holloway's Blackpool as the Seasiders look to cause an even bigger upset at the Emirates stadium.

Arsenal: Almunia, Sagna, Song, Vermaelen, Clichy, Diaby, Wilshere, Walcott, Rosicky, Arshavin, Chamakh.
