Former Arsenal captain William Gallas to have medical at Tottenham tomorrow
Frenchman closes in on move to White Hart Lane

Sources at Spurs have confirmed to Goal.com UK this evening that Gallas will have a medical at White Hart Lane on Friday.
The Frenchman is currently a free agent after Arsenal decided not to renew his contract at the end of last season, and so would be able to join Tottenham for no fee.
Spurs manager Harry Redknapp admitted his interest in Gallas earlier this week. "I like Gallas," he said. "I think he's a great free transfer.
"I thought at the start of the year there were three fantastic free transfers available – David James, Joe Cole and William Gallas. It is a possibility to [sign Gallas].
"His wages aren't a problem. He has not been greedy at all. His people have rung up and we spoke about it."
Redknapp also played down the possibility of Spurs fans reacting badly to a former Arsenal captain appearing for their side. "You can go on for ever about that," he added.
"He played for Chelsea as well. We put too much importance on that all the time. If he comes in and plays rubbish then the crowd will slaughter him. If he comes in and plays great they will love him."
Gallas spent four seasons at Arsenal from 2006, clocking up more than 100 appearances. In 2007, he was appointed captain and led the Gunners in a sustained challenge for the Premier League title.
That quest famously faltered against Birmingham City at St Andrews, where a late penalty gifted the hosts a 1-1 draw and a furious Gallas refused to leave the field at full-time.
He held on to the captaincy at the beginning of the following season, but was stripped of it following an outspoken interview in November 2008, with Cesc Fabregas succeeding him.
His last game for Arsenal came against Barcelona in the Champions League quarter-final tie, when he was stretchered off with a season-ending calf injury. Talks over a new deal to keep him at the Emirates broke down soon after, and the club allowed his contract to expire.
Gallas' senior career began at Caen, before moving to Marseille in 1997. He arrived in the Premier League with Chelsea in 2001, winning two Premier League titles and lifting the League Cup before joining Arsenal in 2006.
