Stuttgart defender Serdar Tasci is unlikely to make a move to Arsenal this summer, according to reports.
The highly-rated 23-year old Germany international has been linked with a move to the Gunners for more than a year, but according to Sport.co.uk, a source close to the player has revealed that Arsenal have no interest in the player.
Instead, Tottenham Hotspur coach Harry Redknapp is alleged to have shown an interest in the versatile defender, who is under contract with Stuttgart until 2014. Earlier this year, Tasci admitted his disappointment that he was not chosen to captain his club, but put the disappointment aside to play wel enough to earn a place in Joachim Loew's World Cup squad.
Having just sold Sami Khedira to Real Madrid, Stuttgart will rue losing another star player. However, the club has yet to report any official offers.
