Liverpool forward Milan Jovanovic hopes to be fully fit for opening Premier League game against Arsenal
Serb wants to hit ‘top gear’ for Reds...

The 29-year-old, who moved to Anfield on a free transfer from Standard Liege this summer, featured for Serbia in the World Cup and has only recently joined up with his new team-mates.
The Serbia international made his Liverpool debut in Thursday’s 2-0 Europa League qualifying win over FK Rabotnicki but admits he is yet to return to full fitness.
"I'm very happy because it's an important victory at the start of the season," he told Liverpool's official website.
"I am not 100 per cent yet, but I am working hard to help the team. My best is still to come and I hope that at the beginning of the league season I can hit top gear. I expect us to have a successful season."
Liverpool play the return leg of their Europa League clash with Rabotnicki at Anfield next week and Jovanovic can’t wait to turn out in front of the Kop.
"It'll be very special for me," he added. "To make my first appearance at Anfield will be fantastic. I can't wait."
