Stoke City boss Tony Pulis plays down move for Wigan Athletic striker Hugo Rodallega
Potters manager also denies interest in Middlesbrough midfielder Gary O'Neil...
By Alex Richards
Reports in the national press have said that Pulis has made offers for both players, as he goes in search of players to add to his squad, having only signed back-up keeper Carlo Nash and young midfielder Florent Cuvelier from Portsmouth.
However, Pulis insists that Stoke haven't had any contact with either players club, as he bides his time over pursuing his targets.
"It's agents and other people talking about Gary," Pulis told reporters.
"There's been no contact between the clubs."
On the subject of Rodallega, who was first linked with a move to the Britannia Stadium in January, Pulis is insistent that the Colombian international isn't in his plans.
"Again, I've not been in touch with anybody at Wigan, but it's lovely people are thinking about the targets we are not really looking at," added Pulis.
