Striker Ben Burgess also leaves club for Notts County...Maccabi Haifa defender Dekel Keinan is waiting on a work permit ahead of his proposed move to Premier League newcomers Blackpool, with a decision expected in the next 48 hours.
The 25-year-old Israeli international is set to become Blackpool’s first summer signing ahead of their debut Premier League campaign after passing a medical and appearing in the Seasiders' pre-season fixtures already.
Blackpool boss Ian Holloway told the Blackpool Gazette: "Hopefully Dekel will get his work permit in the next couple of days."
"He'll be able to take part in the other games here in Devon."
With one player coming in, another has made way with striker Ben Burgess heading to League One newcomers Notts County, a move that Holloway wasn't pleased with.
"I wanted to keep Ben but someone offered him a two-year deal and he made that decision," he added.
"We were going to offer him a deal whereby if he played he would be paid a lot more than he's getting at Notts County, but he goes with our best wishes. He played a big part.
"Having a big fella up front who can keep hold of the thing is a big help.
"Some of our fans didn't appreciate it and wanted him to run through and score from 40 yards.
"It's a shame we couldn't educate everyone in what he did do and how important he was to the team. We are going to miss him."
