Manchester City are set to offer Brazilian striker Robinho to AC Milan as the club look to trim their squad after a summer of heavy investment, according to a report from The Independent.
The Italian giants have been keeping tabs on the 26-year-old as a possible replacement at the San Siro for his compatriot Ronaldinho, who could be on his way to Flamengo.
However, a £20 million asking price and wage demands that are reportedly around £160,000 a week could prove prohibitive to Milan.
The Rossoneri have already confirmed that any move they might make for Germany World Cup star Lukas Podolski is dependent on their being able to sell other players first.
