thumbnail Hello,

Blackpool will make Israel international Dekel Keinan the club's first signing of the season, according to SkySports.com.

The 25-year-old has been on trial at Bloomfield Road recently and manager Ian Holloway has been impressed enough to offer the defender a two-year-deal.

Keinan is currently plying his trade with Maccabi Haifa and was close to a move to Bolton Wanderers in 2007 but decided to stay in Israel.

The centre-half, who has 15 caps for his country, is available on a free transfer after deciding not to renew his contract at Haifa.

Blackpool, who are set for their first season in the top-flight since 1962, have already been linked with Motherwell's Mark Reynolds, Manchester United playmaker Tom Cleverley and former Newcastle United midfielder Nicky Butt.

The Seasiders' first Premier League game of the new season will be at home to Wigan Athletic on August 14.
