Borussia Dortmund are set to offer Manchester City striker Roque Santa Cruz a return to the Bundesliga, according to The Mirror.
The 28-year old striker has failed to impress at Eastlands, with form and fitness worries restricting him to just six Premier League starts last year. After spending eight years at Bayern Munich before moving to the Premier League, Dortmund could be an attractive proposition for him.
Currently, the Paraguayan World Cup squad member is understood to be a makeweight in the bid to bring David Silva to the Blues. If this move breaks down, the Signal Iduna Park outfit are ready to step in.
