Milan target Tottenham star Gareth Bale & Ajax's Gregory van der Wiel - report

Milan are looking to sign Tottenham star Gareth Bale and Gregory van der Wiel of Ajax, according to Calciomercato.
The Rossoneri are believed to be planning for next season already, having prepared funds to be channelled into strengthening both sides of their defence.
Bale, an international for Wales, is regarded as one of the hottest commodities on the transfer market this summer and it is believed he has gathered a host of interested clubs from across Europe.
Reports in Italy indicate Tottenham have rejected Milan's enquiry for the player, but the Serie A giants could offer striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar in a bid to convince Spurs.
Huntelaar has been linked with pastures new after an indifferent first season at San Siro, and Tottenham are understood to be interested in his signature.
Van der Wiel has been tipped to seek a new challenge after two impressive seasons with Ajax, but Milan would reportedly have to fend off interest from Barcelona to sign the Dutchman.
