The 24-year-old has been linked with a move to the Premier League all summer but the Milan chief insists he has had no contact or discussions with the Anfield giants
Balotelli's future has been the subject of intense speculation all summer amid reports his relationship with the Rossoneri hierarchy has deteriorated after a season of underwhelming performances.
Arsenal have been cited as a potential destination for the troubled 24-year-old, while Liverpool are also reportedly monitoring his situation as they look to fill the void left by Luis Suarez's departure to Barcelona.
Earlier this month Brendan Rodgers insisted that Balotelli could play for "any team in the world", but Galliani insists he has had no contact or discussions with the Anfield giants.
Galliani said, via ANSA: "At the moment no offer has arrived from Liverpool for Balotelli so there are no negotiations.. the [transfer] window closes on September 1 so we'll see."
