The on-loan Chelsea forward has scored 13 goals in 25 Premier League appearances this season as the Toffees prepare to challenge Arsenal for fourth spot with six games remaining.
Lukaku's agent has claimed that he has already held talks with Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy, while Jose Mourinho fuelled speculation over the Belgium international's future at Stamford Bridge by refusing to comment on the forward's situation.
"He's a grounded and intelligent young man, who is not going to be swayed by the materialistic aspect of the game," the Everton manager told reporters.
"What can we offer him? Just enjoying his football.
"As a player, happiness is something that is very important. When you can offer football happiness it's an incredible opportunity."
